Q36 April 2007  from member ESC 384 I have an incomplete cancellation like a commemorative mark. It reads in the lower part 'Mahalla' straight and curved 'Misr pour la ........tissage'. I couldn't find it neither in any catalogue nor in Smith.I would be very interested, if a member of our circle can give mean answer.
