First-issue 20-para postcard.

Spotted at auction in Germany: this Egyptian first-issue 20-para postcard, in mint condition, has been very expertly overprinted in black to obliterate the paras value and express it in the new-currency terms of 5 milliemes, with lettering in Arabic (Turkish?) below. Alongside, the "Carte Postal" indication has been overpinted "Service Postal" in capital seriffed letters, and the Arabic equivalent of UPU/Egypt overprinted in black non-seriffed letters with a three-line inscription: LEMAK / SCHRAMA CHIM / KKEL. Despite protracted efforts to identify these terms, I have drawn a complete blank.
