Q69 November 1, 2009   member 623 "Mouvement Etranger" on a first day cover. A few months ago I purchase the attached cover. Perhaps, you could shed some light on the cancellation postmark. The French inscription mentions "Mouvement Etranger" Foreign movement. However, I am not able to make out the Arabic inscription. Would you know the meaning of the postmark "Mouvement Etranger" and why would it be used on a cover commemorating the coronation of king Farouk. Any help that you can provide is much appreciated.
