LineXY: draw a line of the form y = mx + c where the values
for m and c can be chamged by the operator the new line
being drawn in real time.

Originally this was for students to play with to ‘discover’
how the value in front of x (m) and the content value (c)
determined the shape of the line.
           
It shows up one of Scratch's gotchas
