puzzleWheel: The puzzle is made up of three concentric
circles which are randomly jumbled up. The Scratch
commands left and right turn are displayed. The user
clicks on one of the wheel icons and then chooses to
turn right (clockwise) or left (anticlockwise). Can the
user line up the puzzle in two goes.
