Tort&Hare: the Tortoise and the Hare is one of Aesop's Fables.
This challenge does not faithful follow the original story where
the two started together with the hare taking a rest half way through.

Here the Tortoise starts and when he reaches half way the Hare
starts bur moves twice as quickly. The Hare moves to the half way
by which times the Tortoise moved another quarter of the course.
This continues with the Hare and Tortoise moving at half their
previous distance.

How far does the Tortoise move to the end of
the race and where will the Hare be at that time?
